Guerrero, Leopoldo

Mr. Leopoldo Guerrero went to be with his Lord on Saturday, November 4, 2006. He was born July 9, 1927 in Taft, Texas. He married the former Marian Edgar on October 8, 1960. Mr. Guerrero was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and was a member of the Muskegon Hts. Eagles and had been employed for Meijers store for 16 years. Mr. Guerrero is survived by his wife, Marian; 1 son, Leopoldo (Brenda) Guerrero, Jr., of Montague, MI; 2 daughters, Joanie Matthews of Muskegon, MI, Anita Stegenga of Holland, MI; 2 brothers, Alfonso (Judy) Guerrero of Hawaii, Robert Trejo of Ohio; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, 1 sister and 1 son, Ramiro Guerrero. MEMORIAL MASS: Wednesday 11:00 AM at Young Funeral Home. Father Phillip Swilinski officiating. Burial: St. Mary's Cemetery. ROSARY: Tuesday evening 7:00 PM at the funeral home. MEMORIALS: Harbor Hospice.
