Gregory A. Kersting

Mr. Gregory A. Kersting, age 43, died Sunday, August 24, 2008. He was born in Hialeah, Florida on September 12, 1964 to Robert & Clarene (Anderson) Kersting. Mr. Kersting had been employed in Maintenance at J.C. Penney for a number of years and then at Pizza Hut for 17 years. He was a member of Samuel Lutheran Church and enjoyed playing games on the computer and with his friends on the internet. SURVIVORS Mother, Clarene "Clare" Kersting of Norton Shores; sister, Victoria Canda (Forrest) Schultz; nephew, Samuel Canda, niece, Samara Canda; several aunts, uncles, special aunt & uncle, Kay & John of Hudson, FL, cousins & many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Clarence & Lorina Anderson, Joseph & May Kersting. SERVICE Thursday, August 28, 2008, at 11:00 AM at Samuel Lutheran Church with Rev. Philip Nordstrand officiating. VISITATION Wednesday, August 27, 2008 from 6-8 PM at Clock Life Story Funeral Home and 1 hour prior to the service at Samuel Lutheran Church.
