DURAM, MR. GORDON GENE Spring Lake, MI Mr. Gordon Gene Duram, age 65, died Friday, April 5, 2002. He was born in Muskegon, MI on July 16, 1936 to Francis & Caroline Elzinga Duram & married the former Linda Sprague on July 13, 1976. Mr. Duram had been a Police Officer for the City of Grand Haven until retiring in June of 1996. He also worked in sales for Mid State Secirty. He enjoyed & loved his grandchildren, U of M football, hunting, golfing, the Boy Scouts. He was also a member of the Grand Haven Elks. SURVIVORS Wife, Linda; 2 sons, Gordy Shelley Duram Jr. of Grand Haven, MI & David Denise Duram of MN; 5 daughters, Brenda Espinosa of Holland, MI, Debora Bill Campbell of Grand Haven, MI, Marilee Lonnie Theobald of Holland,MI, Nicole Mike Ruble of Grand Haven, MI & Sara Duram of Holland, MI; 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Ronald Karen Duram of Muskegon Hts., MI, Garry Susan Duram of Grnad Haven, MI & Thomas Duram of Sedona, AZ; sister-in-law, Helen Jerry Richard of Lake City, MI; He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dolores Duram in 1974. SERVICE Tuesday, April 9, 2002, 10:30 AM at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dan Anderson & Rev. Eric Snyder officiating. Interment at Lake Forest Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home & also one hour prior to the service at the church. MEMORIAL: Scott Flahive Memorial Scholarship Fund at the Grand Haven Community Foundation.
