JOHNSTON, MRS. GOLDIE M. Muskegon Mrs. Goldie M. Johnston, age 69, died Saturday, June 4, 2005. She was born in Sparta, MI on April 9, 1936 to George & Julia Hile Gilbert. Mrs. Johnston had been employed as a Cook at Bear Lake Tavern for 20 years until retiring in 2001. She attended First Free Methodist Church. Mrs. Johnston loved her home & enjoyed watching & feeding the birds. SURVIVORS 2 sons, Howard Laura Johnston of Muskegon & Timothy Karen Johnston of Muskegon; 2 daughters, Sherry Frantz of Fort Wayne, IN & Denise Johnston of Greenville, MI; 11 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Linda Ed Hilton of Fruitport & Geraldine Bill Ruzinski of Grant; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Elsie & a brother Max Gilbert. SERVICE Wednesday, June 8, 2005, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel with Pastor Tom Hilton officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. VISITATION Tuesday, 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home. Clock - Muskegon
