Glen E. Tawney

TAWNEY, MR. GLEN E. Muskegon Mr. Glen E. Tawney, age 80, died Wednesday, January 4, 2006. He was born in Muskegon, MI on December 19, 1925 to Paul Frederick & Luvina Herbst Tawney & married the former Shirley Estler on January 24, 1944. Mr. Tawney served his country in the U.S. Army & Air Force during WWII. He had been employed as a pattern maker at Pyle Pattern for 30 years until retiring. He was a member of D.A.V. & Muskegon Heights Eagles. SURVIVORS 2 sons, Glen Carol Tawney of Muskegon & Mike Kate Tawney of Muskegon; 2 daughters, Linda Tawney of Muskegon & Corki Steve Thorstein of Muskegon; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Margaret Clish of Muskegon & 1 brother, Frederick Dorothy Tawney of Albuquerque, NM. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley on March 6, 2000, brother, Arthur Tawney & a brother-in-law, Willard Clish. SERVICE There will be no service or visitation.
