Gilbert Michael Pinter (Gil), age 64, entered his eternal rest on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 in Ann Arbor. He was born in Danville, IL on September 15, 1942 to Emmanuel and Mary Ann (Baic) Pinter and married Bonnie Lou (Love) Pinter on September 23, 1960 in Muskegon, MI. Gil owned and operated G. Pinter Construction, Inc. for 30 years which included many area church expansions and was a charter member of The Divine Mercy Chapel Board. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife of 46 years; 4 sons, Scott Michael (Yvonne), Steven Mark (Kelly), Gilbert Matthew (Susan), Michael Lee (Kimberly); 1 brother, Emil (Joyce) Pinter; 2 sisters, Monica Pinter, Ann Marie (Ted) Kuhn and 11 special grandchildren, Randi, Jacob, Elijah, Steve, Lance, Makayla, Samantha, Shaylin, Haley, Robert and Brendan. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Shiloh Tabernacle, 460 E. Tyler Rd, Muskegon on Friday, July 13, 2007 at 11:00 am with Pastor Vern Wright officiating. In lieu of flowers please consider Shiloh Tabernacle/Food Pantry.
