Gilbert Charles Danielson

Danielson, Mr. Gilbert Charles Muskegon, Michigan Gilbert Charles Danielson went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday, December 17, 2022, in his home, at the wise age of 90. Gil was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend, lover of the Lord, golfer, food critic, sports fanatic, and so much more. He was the type of man that would give a stranger on the street the shirt off his back, or talk to you like he knew you his whole life. Gil traveled across many state lines as a truck driver for about 25 years. He had a love for cars; especially Cadillacs. If he wasn't out for lunch catching up with a friend he was on the golf course. He was always doing something he loved. The only time he was still and silent was while watching baseball (Tigers), football (Lions), or hockey (Red Wings). He made the most of everyday . His walk with the Lord began at age 9 and continued until he went on to meet Him. Every conversation had with Gil seemed to always go back to his love of God. He had a heart like Jesus, and would share the gospel with whomever would listen. Gil lived a full life with much joy and great conversation. He had a way of making you feel important and heard, and a way to include and wrap you into a heart-to-heart. His smile and laugh will always be imprinted on those he was closest to. He is survived by his four children Charles Danielson, Debra (Bob) Buechele, Michael (Rhonda) Danielson, and Brian (Sarah) Danielson; nine grandchildren, Erikka (Marc) Fakler, Aaron Buechele, Ryan Buechele, Aubree (Paul) Pladziewicz, Emilee (Michael) Yager, Samantha Danielson, Valery Danielson, Joseph Danielson, and Nalani Danielson; five great-grandchildren, Hailey, Maddox, Harvest, Ivan, and Ocean. He was proceeded in death by his wife of 62 lovely years-Joyce Danielson, his mother, Florence Greiner, and his sister Marianne McSorley.
