It is with heavy hearts we are sad to announce that Gerry Lynn Bailey, age 68 passed away on Monday August 7, 2023. She was surrounded with family by her side. She was born in Muskegon Michigan on June 17, 1955 to Gerald and Betty (Howard) DeJohn, and attended Mona Shores High School. She married Marvin Bailey on November 13, 1993 and he proceeded her in death in 2021. Gerry had worked as a resident caregiver throughout the years and also worked at Winston and Thunderbird raceway as an office manager and catering service. Our mother enjoyed spending time with family and friends, she also dedicated her time spending it with her extended family, the Outrider's Motorcycle Club of M uskegon Michigan. Gerry was a loving and caring woman who would go out of her way to lend a hand, she was always putting others before herself. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be very deeply missed. Please remember "Your stronger than you think and tougher than you know".

Gerry is survived by her former husband Clarence Morgan and her children Clarence (Michele) Morgan Jr, Robert (Chrissy) Morgan, RayLynn Morgan, Gary (Monigue) Bullard Jr and Maegan DeJohn. Grandchildren Michelle Morgan, Marvin Beasley, Robert Morgan, Lola Bullard, McKinley Morgan and McKenzie Ritter A brother Terry DeJohn and a sister Vickie DeJohn Special niece Stacy Riley and nephew Steve DeJohn
