Geraldine M. Veverica VEVERICA, MRS. GERALDINE M. Muskegon Mrs. Geraldine M. Veverica, age 78, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday December 28, 2005. Geraldine was born in Muskegon on January 14, 1927 to Otto and Hannah (Larson) Schatz. She was a graduate of Muskegon Hts. H.S., received her Bachelors Degree from Western Michigan University and her Masters from U of M. Geraldine was a special education teacher in Muskegon Heights for 30 years, retiring in 1985 and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association. She had been an avid bowler, enjoyed reading and traveling. SURVIVORS: Sister, Eunice M. Boelkins of Midland, MI; 2 nieces, Janet (Paul) Wolcott and Becky (Al) Case; 2 nephews, Tim (Marianne) Rollenhagen and Charles Boelkins; Several Great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, June Rollenhagen in 1986. SERVICES: The funeral service will be held at Temple United Methodist Church, 2500 Jefferson St., Muskegon Hts, 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 3, 2006, Rev. Gerald Hagans presiding. VISITATION: Today, 4-7 P.M. at the Lee Funeral Home, 2812 5th St. Muskegon Hts. MEMORIAL: DeVos Children's Hospital. INTERMENT: Mona View Cemetery.
