Geraldine Anderson

Mrs. Geraldine Dorothy Anderson, age 79, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2007 at her home. Mrs. Anderson was born May 14, 1927 to Percy and Rose (Grimm) Burch in Muskegon. On October 18, 1947 she married Lawrence F. Anderson. He preceded her in death on May 21, 1993. She attended St. Jean's Catholic Church. Geraldine was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and mother-in-law to her SURVIVORS: daughters, Nancy (Pat) Kersch of Phoenix, AZ, Debra (Tim) Couch and Diane Anderson both of Muskegon; 3 grandchildren, Michelle (Ponch) Gonzalez, Danielle (Robi) Williams and Christopher Gedman; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, John "Jack" (Donna) Burch of Muskegon, Don (Sally) Burch of Sarasota, FL and Ken (Gloria) Burch of Lakeland, FL; 2 sisters, Beverly Freye and Shirley Kuberski both of Muskegon; a sister-in-law, Shirley Thorsen of Traverse City; and many nieces and nephews. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at The Walburn Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. 231 759-8565 with Pastor Peggy Boltz presiding. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions in Geraldine's name may be made to Harbor Hospice.
