Gerald Stiles

Mr. Gerald A. "Jerry" Stiles, age 77, passed away Friday, May 4, 2007 at his home. He was born February 23, 1930 in Midland, MI, to Ralph and Gladys (Wolfe) Stiles. He retired in 1990 after 11 years as a welder with Neway/Anchor Lock. On April 4, 1992, he married the former Carole J. Toman in Montague and she survives him, along with 6 sons, Dennis (Sue) Stiles, Robert (Mary Jo) Stiles, James (Kelly) Stiles, Todd (Janet) Stiles, Craig (Judy) Stiles, Jeffrey (Dixie Barendse) Stiles; 4 step-children, Terri Cloud, Kelly Reid, James (Connie) Thies, Brent (Lori) Thies; several grandchildren; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. A Memorial Gathering will be held 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at The Sytsema Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Avenue (231) 726-5210 Memorial Contributions may be directed to the Salvation Army.
