Gerald Roundhouse

Gerald R. Roundhouse, age 63, passed away at home on Monday, May 14, 2007. Gerald was born on July 30, 1943, to the late Hipe and Wilma Roundhouse. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, GayNell; three children, Rebecca (Joe) Czarny, Ruth Roundhouse, and Frank (Annette) Roundhouse; three grandchildren, Adam, Sarah, and Elijah; two brothers, Herman and Ron (Dora) Roundhouse; two sisters, Joyce Roundhouse, and Cindy (Kevin) Dausman; a brother-in-law, Elmer Allen; sister-in-law, Margaret Roundhouse, along with several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother John Roundhouse and a sister, Arlene Allen. Gerald retired from Textron and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time at Camp Blue Bird, a camp for cancer patients. He had been involved in the National Kidney Foundation Walk for the past three years. According to his wishes cremation has taken place. Gerald was an active member of First Baptist Church, 1070 Quarterline, where a memorial service will be held on, Thursday, May 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor John Brown officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
