Gerald Porter

Mr. Gerald A. Jerry Porter, age 77, passed away Monday, October 1, 2012 peacefully at home after a long illness. Jerry served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Jerry was a Manager for the Greater Muskegon Bowling Association for 28 years. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing, refereeing basketball, and playing pool. His family and friends were of the utmost importance to him and as Jerry always said just remember the good ole times. He will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Wife Paulette; sons, Craig and Kevin; grandsons, Egan and Christopher; mother-in-law, Bernice McNitt and all the McNitt families. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Esther Porter; daughter, Sharon; father-in-law, Bernard McNitt.
