Georgina 'Gene' M. Morris

Mrs. Georgina 'Gene' M. Morris, age 88, died Sunday, September 21, 2008. She was born in Mayville, MI on March 22, 1920 to Harry J & Dorothy (Phelps) Hall and married Robert "Coach" Morris on October 21, 1944. Mrs. Morris had been employed as a Bookkeeper at Yankee Peddler. She loved to play bridge, decorate and to be with friends and family. Gene and her husband traveled all over the world in their retirement and she happily participated with her children and grandchildren in activities as much as possible. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS son, Michael (Reta) Morris; daughter, Cheryl (Tom LeGarie) Conrad; 3 grandchildren, Rob Morris, Jamie (Theresa Augustiniak) Morris, Molly (Brendon) Beer; 2 great grandchildren, Jacob & Maggie Beer. SERVICE Wednesday, September 24, 2008, 11:00 AM with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at Community United Methodist Church with Dr. Robert Lynch officiating. Interment at Laketon Township Cemetery. A luncheon will follow. MEMORIAL: Community Methodist Organ Fund.
