George Wilke

Mr. George Wilke, age 84, died Wednesday, January 30, 2013. He was born in Muskegon, MI on October 31, 1928 to Charles & Minnie (Beyer) Wilke and married the former Marion Crozier. Mr. Wilke had been employed as a Tool & Die Maker at Muskegon Piston Ring for 30 1/2 years until retiring. He was a member of VFW Don Rea Post 8846 and enjoyed race cars since his youth and was an avid deer hunter. SURVIVORS Sons, David Wilke, Daniel (Sally) Wilke, John (Christine) Wilke; daughters, Sharon (Timothy) Corradin, Kathleen (James) Sterritt; several grandchildren; many great grandchildren; sister, Millie (Robert) Suave; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion; brothers and sisters. SERVICE Monday, February 11, 2013, 11:00 AM and visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Ben Jansen officiating. MEMORIAL: In lieu of flowers, please give to the Alzheimer's Association.
