He was born in Camden, AR on December 6, 1963 to George & Laverne (Gilbert) Neal Jr. and served his country in the US Air Force. Renee received his Bachelors Degree from Western Michigan University. SURVIVORS He is survived by his parents George & Laverne Neal Jr.; Children Chrystal Yvette Neal, Romeo Neal, George Quency Neal, Tamara Nicole Neal; brother Monte Simon Neal; sister Bernita Reshel Neal.
