George Lindblom

Mr. George Wayne Lindblom, age 83, passed away Monday, August 5, 2019. He was born in Muskegon, MI on August 30, 1935 to George & Myrtle (Mogren) Lindblom. Mr. Lindblom had been employed as a Salesman for Fuller Brush, Metropolitan Life & Miscisin Brothers until retirement. "Accordion George" as he was called, was a member of Sons of Norway, played the accordion with the Pour Boy's & enjoyed playing at area nursing homes. He loved golfing & participating in local leagues and even has had two holes in ones. SURVIVORS Sons, Bruce Lindblom & Bryan Lindblom of Muskegon; daughters, Patricia (Jack) Caverly of Boyne City, Dianna (Mike) Workman of Norton Shores, Suzi (Jack) Sidock of Fruitport; grandchildren, Tanya, Tamara, Vanessa, Jeremy, Josh, Kaylee, Lonnie, Michael; 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Janice; former spouse, Patricia Lee Lindblom; former daughter-in-law, Rhonda Phelps; former son-in-law, Allen Weaver; great grandchild, Beau.
