COX, MR. GEORGE J. Lakewood Club, MI Mr. George J. Cox, age 76, died Friday, April 26, 2002. He was born in Neenah, WI on October 11, 1925 to John Henry & Margaret Ehrig Cox & married the former Betty Mattice on June 12, 1951. Mr. Cox served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II & had been employed as a Patternmaker at Anderson Pattern for 30 years prior to retiring in 1982. SURVIVORS: Wife, Betty; 2 sons, Michael Janet Cox of Okemos, MI & Lawrence Barbara Hall Cox of Twin Lake, MI; 2 daughters, Helen Cox of Grand Rapids, MI & Katherine Cox of Spring Lake, MI; 3 grand- children, John Cox, Kevin Cox & Nathan VanDerNoot; sister, Mary Folland of Ludington, MI. He was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Cox in 1951, by 2 brothers & by 2 sisters. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Tuesday, April 30, 2002, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel. VISITATION: Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. MEMORIAL: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gerald R.
