BONEBRAKE, MR. GEORGE E. Traverse City, MI formerly of Muskegon Mr. George Eugene Bonebrake, age 84, died Thursday, July 31, 2003. He was born in Mesick, MI on September 23, 1918 to Audrey & Gertrude Rennels Bonebrake & married the former Margery Clark on March 3, 1942 & she preceded him in death in January of 1996. He then married the former Carmen Johnston on February 8, 1997. Mr. Bonebrake had been a self employed contractor having worked for the City of Muskegon Heights as a building inspector for 10 years. He was a member of Grant United Methodist Church in Traverse City, MI & was a former member of the First Church of Nazarene. SURVIVORS Wife, Carmen; 2 daughters, Sherry Jack Harrington of Muskegon, MI & Marilyn Phil Suchecki of Nunica, MI; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 stepchildren, William Joyce Johnston & Carlene Tom Jaroma; 3 step grandchildren; 5 step great granchildren; sister, Ethel Mae Gene Rowe of LaPorte, TX. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margery in January of 1996 & by 2 brothers, Harold & Melvin Bonebrake. SERVICE Monday, August 4, 2003, 10:30 AM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Jim Breithaupt officiating. Interment at Mona View Cemetery. VISITATION Sunday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
