LAIRD, MRS. GENEVIEVE R. Muskegon, MI Mrs Genevieve R. Laird, age 87, died Monday, August 18, 2003. She was born in Muskegon, MI on September 20, 1915 to Henry H. & Lillian P. Panyard Rose & married Robert Arthur Laird on September 20, 1951. Mrs. Laird had been employed as a Secretary at Central Paper Company & as a Field Supervisor for R.L. Polk until retiring. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, President of Episcopal Women, Secretary 5th Guild, Secretary 2nd Guild & a board member of ECW Dioceses & had fond memories of 2 Carribean Cruises with her husband. Mrs. Laird also served as co-chair of the Muskegon Heights 69th class reunion. SURVIVORS 3 daughters, Mary Roger Bedker of Ludington, MI, Lillian Gary Neff of Kalamazoo, MI & Ruth Dan Cox of Denver, CO; 4 grandchildren, David Cox, Sarah Neff, Samuel Neff & Megan Bedker; nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 2002. SERVICE Thursday, August 21, 2003, 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with Fr. Joe Ashby officiating. Interment at Norton Cemetery. VISITATION Thursday, one hour prior to the service at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. MEMORIAL: St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Clock - Muskegon
