Fritcher, Mary E. "Betty"

Betty Fritcher, age 84, died surrounded by her devoted family on February 7, 2007. Born September 10, 1922, in Syracuse, NY, to George and Anna (Clapprich) Peasley, she had lived in the White Lake area the past 52 years, moving here from Flint. On June 23, 1944, in Mt. Morris, she married Raymond A. Fritcher. Mrs. Fritcher had been an insurance agent for the Farmers Insurance Group until retiring. She had been a volunteer for the White Lake Senior Center and the American Red Cross. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be dearly missed by her family. She was preceded in death by a sister, Claire McKee. FAMILY: Her husband, Raymond; 2 sons, Gerald Fritcher of FL and Alan (Rhonda) Fritcher of New Era; 3 daughters, Marianne Fritcher (Mike Bremer) of Middleville, Kathi (Dennis) Walters of Montague and Sherry (Andrew) Culver of Montreal, Quebec, Canada; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Ann Watson; a large extended family. MEMORIAL VISITATION: Saturday, February 10, 2007, 1:00-3:00 PM, at Clock Funeral Home in Whitehall. A ROSARY will be recited at 3:00 PM, with Sr. Donna Brown leading prayers, at the funeral home in Whitehall. DONATIONS: American Diabetes Association, Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720.
