BRITTON, MRS. FREDA JOY Grand Haven Mrs. Freda J. Britton, age 90, died Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at Riverside Nursing Centre. She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on December 26, 1914 to George & Lettie Coral Rettinhouse. Mrs. Britton had owned and operated a beauty salon and was a founding member of Fruitport Bethel Baptist Church. Surviving is a son, Leroy Peggy Britton of Coopersville, MI; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; sister , Agnes Bogart of Spring Lake, MI. Mrs. Britton was preceded in death by her husband, Edward in 1987. A private funeral service was held
