Fred "Fritz" J. Dehudy

DEHUDY, MR. FRED ''FRITZ'' J. Muskegon, MI Mr. Fred ''Fritz'' J. DeHudy, age 87, died Sunday, March 2, 2003. He was born in Moundsville, WV on November 25, 1915 to Jacob & Nenia Klimof Dolgodelina & married the former Viola Tolen on September 4, 1943. Mr. DeHudy had attended M.C.C & then Michigan State where he received a B.S. in Metalurgy. He had been employed as a Metalurgist at Sealed Power for over 20 years until retiring in 1981. Mr. DeHudy was a member of Samuel Lutheran Church, was past President of the Greater Muskegon Bowling Association, past Chairman of the American Foundrymen's Society- West Michigan Chapter, past President of the Pontaluna Golf Club, Elk's & Vikings. SURVIVORS Wife, Viola; 1 son, Fred DeHudy; 4 grandchildren, Amy Bill Flemen, Sarah DeHudy, Stasia & Jessica; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Kathryn Echtinaw of Grant & Marie Omness of Muskegon; sister-in-law, Senzi DeHudy of Muskegon. SERVICE Thursday, March 6, 2003, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Pastor Chris Anderson officiating. Interment at Mona View Cemetery. VISITATION Thursday, one hour prior to the service at Clock Chapel. MEMORIAL: Samuel Lutheran Church, Vikings Scholarship Fund or Elk's Handicap Children Fund.
