Franklin D. Neer

NEER, MR. FRANKLIN D. Twin Lake Mr. Franklin D. Neer, age 68, died Tuesday, December 16, 2003. He was born in Muskegon, MI on June 12, 1935 to John & Elizabeth Thielbar Neer & married the former Dora Crawford on July 5, 1966 in Muskegon. Mr. Neer had been employed as a furnace and forklift operator for over 25 years at Fisher Steel until his retirement in 1997. SURVIVORS Wife, Dora; 5 sons, Tom Jackie Fitzgerald of Lansing, Mark Debbie Fitzgerald of Montague, Dennis Bobbi Neer of Muskegon, John Darlene Neer of North Muskegon & Brian Sayuri Neer of CA; 3 daughters, Valintina Ralph Smith of TX, Elaine Wright of Ravenna & Pam Mike Lucht of Ravenna; 18 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Virginia Holy of Muskegon; 1 brother, Charles Bonnie Thielbar of Muskegon; many nieces, nephews & friends. SERVICE Saturday, December 20, 2003, 3:00 PM at the Clock Chapel. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION Saturday, one hour prior to the service at Clock Funeral Home.
