Francis "Frank"
Born to Harold Williams Sr and Ada Williams Carney in Boston, MA on July 21, 1930 and passed away October 6, 2024, aged 94, in Muskegon MI.
Frank is survived by his wife of 64 years, Sandy Williams, his children, Kim Tarabula (Chuck), Frank Williams II (Lorie), Kristin Frank (Roy), his grandchildren, Shauna Molloy (Bob), Lindsey Bertino (John), Amanda Williams, Nick Williams and his great grandchildren, Lauren Molloy, Evan Molloy, Joe Bertino and his loving brothers, Jim Williams (Debbie), Jay Carney, and Paul Carney (Karen). He has many dear nieces and nephews. He also has many friends he counted as family. Frank was proceeded in death by his parents and stepfather, Jim Carney, grandson William Frank and siblings Ednah Broyles, Peggy Butler, Grace Watson, Neecy Dunn, Leo Williams, Hank Williams and Carol Harrison.
Frank proudly served in the US Army carrying out two tours in the Korean War. He worked at his passion as a Master Electrician and loved all things mechanical. Frank will be remembered for his wicked sense of humor, songs he sang and the ability to cut a rug. His strong will allowed him to rise to every challenge. He was handsome, debonair and charming. His eyes were the color of the ocean after a storm. He loved his family and friends. Dad's very special love was his darlin'; Sandy. He provided for and took care of a her every moment. They were still in-love on the day he left. He was one of a kind and we were so lucky he was ours.
SERVICES
11:00 AM Tuesday October 29, 2024 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church 1110 Dykstra Road Muskegon 49445 with military honors to follow at Laketon Township Cemetery. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior to the start of the service at the church.
