BENKERT, MRS. FRANCINE ''FRITZ'' M. Muskegon Mrs. Francine ''Fritz'' M. Benkert, age 48, died Tuesday, October 28, 2003. She was born in Reed City, MI on December 31, 1954 to Wayne & Frances Eichenberg Stephan. Mrs. Benkert had been employed as an Assembler at Johnson Controls & previously had worked as a cashier at Fruitport Foods. She was also a member of the Fruitport Eagles. SURVIVORS Mother, Frances Arlyn J. Shook Kesling of Coopersville, MI; her son, Alex Benkert of Muskegon, MI; daughters, Wendy Benkert & Shelly Benkert, both of Muskegon, MI; a brother, Robert Marsha Kesling of Scottville, MI; half-sisters, Jodi Scott Sayer & Traci Tim Mortensen, both of Reed City, MI; half-brother, Tony Stephan, also of Reed City, MI; 3 stepsisters, Kathy Remington of Bitely, MI, Brenda A.P.O. Francisco of OK & Linda Tom McDowell of LaGrange, KY. She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Stephan & by her stepfather, Francis M. ''Bob'' Kesling.
