KANTOR, MRS. FRANCES L. Muskegon Mrs. Frances L. Kantor, age 97, died Wednesday, June 7, 2006. She was born in Des Moines, IAon July 29, 1908 to Mandel & Rae (Brooke) Claymen and married Morris Kantor in 1929 and he preceded her in death in 1957. Mrs. Kantor was a member of Temple B'Nai Israel, Hadassah and the Temple Sisterhood. She was a great cook who made world famous brownies, barbeque chicken, & loved her grandchildren. SURVIVORS 3 sons, Dr. Morton S. (Maxine) Kantor, DDS of Muskegon, Richard (Diane) Kantor of Santa Barbara, CA, Dr. Stanley (Cris) Kantor M.D. of Seattle, WA; 6 granchildren, Debra (Dave) Blandford, Michelle (John) Hanley, Lisa (Nick) Vitale, Linda (Pat) Leff, Debbie (Steve) Woodward, Ashley (Bryan) Wax; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Abe Claymen of Des Moines, IA. She was also preceded in death by 1 brother, Harry Claymen & 1 sister Estelle Gloss. SERVICE Monday, June 12, 2006, 1:30 PM at Clock Chapel with Rabbi Alan Alpert officiating. Interment at Mona View Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, 12:30-1:30 PM at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: Congregation B'Nai Israel General Fund and Hume Home Capital Fund.
