DOWNEY, MRS. FRANCES M. Muskegon Mrs. Frances M. Downey, age 88, died Friday, June 3, 2005. She was born in Antrim County, MI on December 22, 1916 to Delbert & Bertha Ostrander Rundle and married Everett Downey. Mrs. Downey had been a homemaker. SURVIVORS 2 sisters, Shirley Rundle, Linda Rink; brother, Alfred Thelma Rundle, all of Muskegon; 8 nieces; 2 nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett in 1984; her parents; and niece, Charmine Dimas. SERVICE There will be no visitation or services. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
