Florence M. Priebe

Priebe, Florence M. Muskegon, Michigan Florence Priebe passed away quietly at Christian Care Assisted Living facility on Thursday, December 16, 2021. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 1, 1923. When she was four, she traveled to Michigan where she was adopted by John and Laura Little. She married William Priebe, Jr. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Muskegon on September 28, 1946 after he had returned from service in the war. He preceded her in death in July 2008. Florence worked many places, but spent much of her life at Hackley Hospital, where she was a surgery technician until she retired. She had been a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Aunt Florence was always surrounded by her books and animals. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Chrisitan Care Assisted Living facility for their wonderful care of Florence over the past few years. They also would like to thank Senior Resources and Hospice of Michigan for their service and companionship to her. Survivors Nieces: Myrna L. Bradshaw of Norton Shores, Mary (David) Griesbach of Fruitport. Great-Niece Kimberly K. Bradshaw, Great-Nephew: Mike (Sandy) Bradshaw. Special remembrance for her God-Daughter Sally (Ray) Gillo and for Nephews, Joe Priebe and Mike Priebe, and for her many other nieces and nephews. Service There will be no formal service. She is to be cremated per her wishes and will later be interred with the Priebe family at St. Mary's Cemetery.
