BARNARD, MRS. FLORENCE CLARA Muskegon Mrs. Florence C. Barnard, age 88, died Friday, May 6, 2005. She was born in Alagoma, Michigan on November 8, 1916 to Francis & Bessie Langson Coad & married Harold Jerry Barnard on April 27, 1935 in Muskegon, MI. Mrs. Barnard had been employed as a Inspector at S.D. Warren for 20 years until retiring in 1972. She was a member of DeClores En Cristo & a former member of Moose #344 & a charter member of Lakeside Eagles. Mrs. Barnard enjoyed bowling, dancing & traveling. SURVIVORS 1 son, Jerome W. "Pat" Sue Barnard of Muskegon; 1 daughter, Nancy Meara of Muskegon; 13 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren & 8 great great grandchildren; 1 sister, Phyllis Ferry of Muskegon; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; grandson, Mark Meara; 3 sisters, Bessie Stephens, Lillian Cole & Violet Hilton & by a brother, William "Little Red" Coad. SERVICE Tuesday, May 10, 2005, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Robert Ferry officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
