Everett Husted

Mr. Everett W. Husted, age 97, died Friday, August 28, 2009. He was born in Benton Harbor, MI on September 5, 1911 to Truman & Jenny (Herrold) Husted and married the former Frances Harrell on February 14, 1942. Mr. Husted had been employed as an Electrical Engineer at GTE for 39 years until retiring. He was a member of Central United Methodist Church and the Grand Haven Masonic Lodge. Mr. Husted was also a member of the Y's Men, Muskegon City Planning Commission & Junior Chamber of Commerce. SURVIVORS Sons, Donald (Cheryl) Husted of Plymouth, MI & Harold (Julie) Husted of Muskegon; grandchildren, Jennifer, Alison, Brian (Amy) & Sarah Husted; brother, Wilbur (Jane) Husted; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances & parents. MEMORIAL SERVICE Saturday, September 5, 2009, 11:00 AM at Central United Methodist Church. VISITATION Friday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Clock Life Story Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: Red Cross or Camp Pendalouan.
