CLAWSON, MRS. EVELYN G. Inverness, FL formerly of Muskegon, MI Mrs. Evelyn G. Clawson, age 82, died Wednesday, January 29, 2003. She was born in Muskegon, MI on January 25, 1921 to Carl & Gertrude Johnson Beattie. She married Arthur L. Stordahl in Sandusky, OH in 1940 & he preceded her in death on March 21, 1970. She then married Eugene Clawson in 1978 in Muskegon, MI & he also preceded her in death on November 15, 1999. Mrs. Clawson had been employed as a Data Entry Supervisor for Dresser Industries until retiring. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Inverness, FL, was a charter member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church & formerly Trinity Lutheran Church of Muskegon, MI. Mrs. Clawson also served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. SURVIVORS 1 son, Dale Jean Stordahl of Spring Lake, MI; 3 grandchildren, Steve Hicks of Lansing, MI, Scott Hicks of Venice, FL & Alison Marie Stordahl of Spring Lake, MI; 2 great-grandchildren, Carolyn & Kirsten Hicks; 2 brothers, Frederick Doris Erhorn of Nunica, MI & Orville C. Mary Beattie of Lake Forest, IL. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ellen Clawson in 1976 & by a brother, Walter Erhorn in June of 1999. SERVICE Saturday, February 1, 2003, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Dennis Lasanske officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
