Evelyn Berryman

Ms. Evelyn 'Babe' Berryman, age 96, passed away Monday, November 15, 2010. She was born in Mohawk, MI on December 3, 1913 to Thomas & Mary (Cronenworth) Berryman. Ms. Berryman had been employed as a Head Bookkeeper at Jones Electric and Sporting Goods for 31 years until retiring. She was a long time member of Fruitport Congregational United Church of Christ and will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Sister, Ruth (Kenneth) Briggs of Fruitport; nephews, Kent (Theresa) Briggs, Craig (Shanna) Briggs; grand niece & nephew, Brandon & Brittany Briggs. She was preceded in death by her sister, May in 1998. SERVICE Friday, November 19, 2010, 11:00 AM at Fruitport Congregational United Church of Christ with Pastor Donald Wood officiating. Interment at Fruitport Township Cemetery. VISITATION Thursday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Clock Life Story Funeral Home - Fruitport. MEMORIAL: Fruitport Congregational United Church of Christ.
