Eva Strevel

Mrs. Eva Strevel, age 102, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 in Davenport Iowa. She was born in Newberry, Michigan on January 4, 1913 to Charles & Amelia Sosnovski. She married Roy Strevel who preceded her in death in 2000. She and her husband owned and operated Strevel's Market. She enjoyed reading, doing puzzle books and especially loved animals. SURVIVORS Survivors include, sons, Robert Strevel of Connecticut & Richard Strevel of Grand Rapids; daughter, Marva (Chuck) Brinkman of Iowa; grandchildren, Chris (Vince) Vrana, Teri (John) Pray, Robert (Susan) Strevel, Kevin Strevel, Mike (Cathie) Strevel, Rick Strevel and Terri James; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lu Olsen; a grandson Steve Brinkman; a brother and sister. SERVICE Saturday, March 21, 2015, 11:00 am and visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel-Muskegon with Rev. Ken Shady officiating. Interment in Norton Cemetery.
