KLEEVES, MRS. ESTHER N. Village of Fruitport, MI Mrs. Esther N. Kleeves, age 94, died Monday, November 3, 2003. She was born in Holland, MI on November 8, 1908 to Samuel F. & Nancy VanDis Kurz & married Joseph Kleeves on October 5, 1929 in Coopersville, MI. Mrs. Kleeves had been employed as a Church Secretary at Fruitport Congregational U.C.C. for 20 years until retiring. She was a longtime member of Fruitport Congregational U.C.C. & was a member of the Fruitport V.F.W. Auxilliary. Mrs. Kleeves was an avid seamstress & doll collector. She enjoyed cooking & canning but foremost was her family. SURVIVORS 1 son, Joseph Joann Kleeves Jr. of Nunica, MI; 3 daughters, Clarice Furgerson of Fruitport, MI, Nancy William Liszewski of Grand Rapids, MI & Marilyn Gil Hegedus of Nunica, MI; 13 grand-children; 22 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; 1 sister, Cornelia Diekema of Holland, MI; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph in 1998; 1 sister, Marion Boven & by 2 great-grandsons, Billy Liszewski & John Middag. SERVICE Friday, November 7, 2003, 11:00 AM at Fruitport Congregational U.C.C. with Rev. Don Wood officiating. Interment at Pilgrim Home Cemetery in Holland, MI. VISITATION Thursday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home- Fruitport. MEMORIAL: Fruitport Congregational U.C.C. or Hospice of Muskegon-Oceana. Clock - Fruitport
