HANNA, MRS. EMILY Muskegon Mrs. Emily Hanna, age 88, died Wednesday, December 23, 2009. She was born in Grand Haven on March 8, 1921 to John & Rose (Havlick) Kadlec and married Warren J. Hanna on August 10, 1957. Mrs. Hanna was graduated from Grand Haven High School and then moved to Muskegon where she attended Muskegon Business College. She was a bookkeeper for Milady's Dress Shop and WMUS. Warren & Emily owned & operated Karpet Steem Cleaners and owned rental property. She eventually retired from the Grand Haven Public Schools. Emily was a Girl Scout Leader, and active in the Orchard View Band Parents. SURVIVORS Daughter, Kerrill Hanna of Muskegon; sister, Anthonia "Toni" Prelesnik of Grand Haven; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren in 1974; 4 sisters, Agnes Dreese, Mary Jeske, Anna Bryant, Josephine Kadlec. SERVICE Monday, December 28, 2009, 2:00 PM at the Clock Chapel-Grand Haven. Interment at Lake Forest Cemetery.
