Mrs. Elsa A. Damm, age 80, died Monday, February 11, 2008. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI on May 4, 1927 to Frederick & Clara (Huber) Gygax. Mrs. Damm had been employed as a school teacher at Muskegon Public Schools. SURVIVORS 2 sons, Eric Robert Anderson of Castle Rock, CO & Gregory John (Kimberly) Anderson of Holton; step-children, Robert (Gloria) Damm of CA, Kathy (Jim) Lawie of MI, Sally Funkhouser of Muskegon, Constance Funkhouser of San Diego, CA, Helen (Chuck) Reed of Madison, WI, Nicholas Funkhouser of WI & Roger (Barbara) Funkhouser of Traverse City, MI; grandchildren, Loran & Alaina Anderson, Justin Twining, Tyler & Kristina Lawie, Jay, Ann & Sarah Funkhouser, Emily & Benjamin Reed, Johnathon, Dillon & Cloie Funkhouser; 1 brother, Fred (Jerri) Gygax of Jackson. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Bob Anderson, 2nd husband, Ott Funkhouser & 3rd husband, Bob Damm; a step-son, Jacob Funkhouser.
