LETARTE, MRS. ELLEN LUCILE Muskegon Mrs. Ellen Lucile LeTarte, age 89, was peacefully welcomed into her Lord and Savior's arms, Wednesday, May 10, 2006 from her home. She was born in Goodrich Township, MI on September 1, 1916 to Clyde & Esther (Carlson) Bullman & lived most of her life in the Muskegon area. She graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in 1937 as a registered nurse and married Harold E. LeTarte on November 6, 1937. They celebrated 68 years together. Ellen was a loving wife, mother, and grandma who gave tirelessly to others. She left her family and those who knew her with a legacy of hope, faith, and love. Ellen enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing, baking cooking, piano playing, but foremost was her family. SURVIVORS Husband, Harold; 1son, Clyde (Kathy) LeTarte of Whitehall; 1 daughter, Carol (Don) Herrgord of Muskegon; 4 grandchildren, Deann (Jim) Kiely, Suellen (Carl) Alfredson, Richard (Kriss) LeTarte and Rhonda (Brett) Fiero; 10 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Edna (Steve) Szmanski of Muskegon & niece & nephews. SERVICE Saturday, May 13, 2006, 11:00 AM at Olivet Evangelical Free Church with Rev. Craig Cramblet officiating. Interment at Norton Cemetery. VISITATION Friday, 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home & Saturday, one hour prior to the service at the church. MEMORIAL: Hospice of Muskegon-Oceana & Muskegon Rescue Mission.
