Ella "Ree" Gleason

Mrs. Ella "Ree" Gleason, age 84, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011. She was born in Wendell, NC on September 29, 1926 to Addie & Ethel (Harris) Brown and married Robert Gleason on January 26, 1945. Mrs. Gleason loved her family, missed her husband greatly and never stopped thinking of her friends. She loved to get all dressed up and go out looking like a million bucks. Ree always said hello to everyone and made them feel right at home. SURVIVORS Sons, Brian Gleason of CA, Kevin (Niki) Gleason of CA, Robert (Mary Lou) Gleason of Birmingham, MI; daughter, Reece (Tony) Peterson of WI; grandchildren, Bobby, Erin, Max, Mara, Callie, Casey, Dana, Jesse, Leah; great grandson, Charlie; sisters, Ethel Pippin of NC, Doris Robak of NY; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert; brother, Paul & sister, Patty. SERVICE Sunday, February 20, 2011, 11:00 AM and visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Marilyn Rottschafer officiating. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice.
