Eliot Scott Lassow

LASSOW, MR. ELIOT SCOTT husband of DorReatha Muskegon Mr. Eliot S. Lassow, age 51, died Friday, September 30, 2005. He was born in New Bedford, MA on April 11, 1954 to Arnold & Esther Chafez Lassow and married the former DorReatha Michels in Muskegon on March 31, 1990. Mr. Lassow had been employed as an Engineer at Howmet for 24 years in various aspects of ceramic material development and production support. He received his BS from Rutgers University and a Masters from MIT. Mr. Lassow was a member of the American Ceramic Society and was co-inventor on 5 patents with others pending. He was also a Cub Scout Leader for Pack 4049. SURVIVORS Wife, DorReatha, 3 daughters, Meghan, Rachel, Emily; 1 son Alex; Father, Arnold Lassow of New Bedford, MA; 1 sister Linda Lawrence Kaldeck of Natick, MA; nephew, Steven Kaldeck of Natick, MA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Esther, in 1971. SERVICE Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Clock Chapel with Dr. Sherwin Brantsen officiating. Interment at Laketon Township Cemetery.
