Eleanor W. Czarney

Eleanor W. Czarney, age 85, passed away at home on December 5, 2007. Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Stanley, in 2006. Surviving are her children, George Thomas (Cathy) Czarney of Muskegon, Rita Louise (Larry) Friday of Muskegon, and Camille Ann Dalbke of Montague; two grand-daughters, Trisha Friday and Lisa Umland; two great-grandson; a sister, Jean Siplon; brothers, George and Ed Edlund; along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Kenneth Dalbke; William Skofic; three sisters, Karin Taulbee, Wilma Zuidema, and her twin Olga Broadbent; and three brothers, Carl, Ralph, and Fritz Edlund. Eleanor had been a member of the Pulaski Lodge and the Eagles. The family wishes to extend a special thank-you to Eleanor's caregivers, Kathy, Mandy, Jody, Cindy, Charlotte, and Sheri. According to her wishes a private family service was held. Entombment was next to her husband Stanley at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
