Elaine Nelson

Mrs. Elaine L. Nelson, age 86, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2007 at a local hospital. She was born in Muskegon on November 8, 1920 to Wallace and Wega (Nordgren) Brown and had lived in the area all her life. She was a member of Samuel Lutheran Church, a local artist, and had a deep love of organ music. She also was a life-long member of the Vikings Lodge and a member of Lincoln Golf Club. She is survived by 3 daughters, Christine Bergklint, Corinne (Thomas) Berglund, and Mary Ann (Dan) Lillmars, all of Muskegon; 6 grandchildren, Lynn Barick, Charlynn Johnson, Joni Albert, David Bergklint, Amy Brown and Steve Lillmars; 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 1 sister, Betty Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Dr. Allan J. Bergklint; and good friend Carl Birdsell. Following her wishes there will be no service's at this time.
