Elaine Betty Borgeson

Borgeson, Mrs. Elaine Betty Muskegon, Michigan Elaine Betty Borgeson went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 5, 2020. She was born in 1925 to Peter and Phoebe Brooks in Grand Rapids and would have turned 95 on July 3rd. Elaine was married to J. Elwood "Ali" Borgeson for 64 years. He preceded her in death in 2007. She was a lifelong member of Forest Park Covenant Church where she proudly served as the financial secretary for over 35 years. She took pride in her work at church as well as her home where she raised 4 children. Elaine loved her family and spent many years walking the beach at Lake Michigan with Ali and her grandkids. SURVIVORS Elaine is survived by her Daughters Dianne Wheaton and Cindy (Richard) Topping. 7 grandchildren; Steven (Emily) Wheaton, Patrick (Amanda) Patten, Amy Wheaton, Dylan Patten, Laura (Billy) Jones, Bobby (Lainey) Topping, and Brooke(Matt) Lynch. 15 great grandchildren and Sister-In-Law, Orel Borgeson and brother-in-law Norman Durham. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert, in 1984; a daughter, Susan, in 1990; and 4 sisters. SERVICE Saturday, June 27, 2020, 1:00 PM with visitation one hour prior to the service at Forest Park Covenant Church with Rev. Wally Coots officiation.
