Edward Joseph Shalifoe

Shalifoe, Mr. Edward Joseph Melbourne Florida Mr. Edward Joseph Shalifoe Jr., age 80, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022. He was born in Baraga, MI on October 13, 1941 to Edward & Cecelia (Bailey) Shalifoe Sr. and served his country in the US Air Force between 1960 - 1981 as an aircraft mechanic. He married the former Hannelore Helbing. Following his military retirement he began working as a golf course greenskeeper at Patrick AFB, Turtle Creek and then Suntree golf courses. He loved golf and being out with friends and family. Ed held annual Indian golf Tournaments and was a major influence to the VFW. He loved his family, friends and pets dearly. SURVIVORS Daughter, Suzanne Louise Shalifoe, sisters, Charlotte Ann Paszkowski (Shalifoe), Bernice Estlund (Shalifoe), brothers, Andrew "Andy" Shalifoe, Martin "Marty" Shalifoe; 4 grandchildren, Patrick, Heather, Kimberly, 10 great grandchildren and many friends. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, Hannelore, siblings, Madeline Cecilia Shalifoe, Terry Shalifoe, Michael "Mike" Dennis Shalifoe, Maurice "Koko" John Shalifoe & Robert "Bobby" Shalifoe.
