BARR, MR. EDWARD JOHN Grand Haven Mr. Edward J. Barr, age 76, of Grand Haven, died Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at North Ottawa Community Hospital. He was born in Marquette, MI on October 29, 1929 to John and Kitty (LeClair) Barr and married the former Kerry L. Hedrick on April 25, 1970. Mr. Barr had been a welder at Bastian Blessing for 18 years. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and enjoyed woodworking and gardening. SURVIVORS Wife of 36 years, Kerry; son, Douglas Barr of Spring Lake, MI; 2 daughters, Phyllis (Eric) Pasch of Lexington, KY and Angela Barr of Grand Haven, MI; 2 grandsons, Tyler Pasch and Austin Pasch; sister, Virginia (Ted) Youn of Spring Lake, MI; 3 brothers, James (Theo) Barr of Casagrande, AZ, Richard (Carol) Barr of Marquette, MI, Milton (Ione) Barr of Grant, MI; several nieces and nephews. Edward was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lucille Hietikko of Cadillac, MI. SERVICE In accordance with his wishes there will be no services for Mr. Barr.
