Edward Jacob Achterhoff

Achterhoff, Edward Jacob (Husband of Roseanna) Edward age 80, went home to be with his Lord, Tuesday, August 25, 2020. He was born in 1939 in Oceana County, MI to Jacob (Jake) and Myrtle (Beardsley) Achterhoff. He married JoAnn Johnson in 1960 and later married Roseanna (Rosie) Beaune in April 1990. He had work at several jobs in his life time, but had been employed most recently at Jesse's Snowplowing and then Muskegon Brake before retiring in 2002. Survivors include his wife Roseanna, 3 sons, Brian, Steve, and David (Carrie), a stepson Allen (Elizabeth) Beaune, 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, his sisters, Anne Taylor and Pasty Frase. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Delores Walker, Lulabelle Horter and Betty Best, their spouses, and his brother Donald. There will be no public services, a memorial service will be held at later date as a celebration of his life of service to others, both in his personal and spiritual life.
