Edith Vanslyke

Mrs. Edith L. VanSlyke, age 94, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014. She was born in Thompsonville, Michigan on December 5, 1920 to Fred & Rua (Cummins) Roberts and married Otis VanSlyke. Edith enjoyed yard sales and card games but foremost was always her family. The family would like to thank Lake Woods Nursing Home for the exceptional care given to Edith. SURVIVORS Sons, Melvin Onstott of Muskegon and David (Shirley) Onstott of FL; daughters, Joanne Pepera of Twin Lake and Linda Bohley of Muskegon; 17 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 29 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis; daughter, Darlene Nyhoff; 2 grandchildren & 1 great grandson. SERVICE Monday, December 29, 2014, 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at Clock Chapel-Muskegon with Rev. Ben Jansen officiating. Interment in Lakeside Cemetery.
