Mrs. Rule had been employed as a operator at Johnson Control Inc. for 20 years. Edith enjoyed crochet, gardening & spending time with her family. Grandchildren, LaToya (Hawk Wright) Johnson, DaJanai (Kirkland Stone) Foster, DeAndre Johnson, Andre Johnson II & Bishop Johnson; 8 great grandchildren; siblings, Susie Audrey Goliday, Sam Johnson Jr., Carmelita Frazier, Tamyra Johnson, Larry Rushdan & Deloris Arnold Johnson; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joe Charels Rule on October 29, 2017, grandson, Dwayne Johnson, siblings, Julia Jackson, twin brother, Eddie Johnson, Margaret McCrary, Mary Johnson, Bennie Hammock & daughter-in-law, Althea Rule.
