Edith M. Letarte

LETARTE, MRS. EDITH M. Muskegon Mrs. Edith M. LeTarte, age 84, died Friday, September 14, 2001. She was born in Muskegon, MI on August 29, 1917 to John & Ellen Kinrade Kayler and married Louis LeTarte on June 29, 1941. Edith was a devoted wife, mother & grand- mother. She was very involved in Brownies, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts & served for 25 years as an auxillary member of the Norton Shores Fire Department. SURVIVORS Children, Sharon Larry Livingston of Twin Lake, Michael Brenda LeTarte of Knoxville, TN & Charlotte Joseph Marchetti of Palmer, AK; 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; special friend, Bert Cripe. She was preceded in death by parents, husband, Louis in 1972; sisters, Mildred Vegter, Aldilade Evans, Isabelle Fredricks; brothers, Harvey Kayler; special friend, Beryl Griep. SERVICE Tuesday, September 18, 2001, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Cecil Klagas officiating. Interment at Norton Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
