Edith A. Deyoung

Ms. Edith Adair DeYoung, age 82, passed away Friday, July 7, 2017. She was born in Muskegon Heights, Michigan on July 21, 1934 to Louis & Donna (Kerberski) Cross. Ms. DeYoung had been employed as a bartender for Little Brown Jug for years until retiring. Edith was known as the "The Queen of Fruitport" who enjoyed reading and watching The Young and the Restless and Dr. Phil. SURVIVORS Children, Donna (Mike) Whitcomb, Denise McMillan and Dawn TenBrink. Step Children- Vicki (Joe) Ferrier, Teresa (Jeff) Platt, Brenda (Stephan) Hill. Special Nieces- Bonnie Hook and Susan Alfonso; grandchildren, Diana McMillan, LeeAnn Watson, Jackson Whitcomb, Stephanie Slingerland, Rick Boswell, Melissa Huss, and Zachariah Huss; 5 great grandchildren; brother, John Cross; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, son- Richard Huss and long time companion, David Beaudoin. SERVICE No Services will be held at this time. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice Foundation.
